EHS Assistant Manager - Placement in West Kalimantan, Nabire-Papua & Central Kalimantan

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in engineering (environmental/health/safety), others or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Strong Experience in Palm Oil Plantation (Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit)
• Have certificate: LAT ISO 14001: 2015, LAT ISO 54001: 2018, AK3 Umum, Fire training Class B, GHG calculation, PROPER

Job Description:

• Strictly control for execution of EHS Plan, target and program for all units in region, follow the target for both leading and lagging indicators
• Liaise with EHS team at unit to ensure full compliance with ISO, RSPO, ISPO standards and government regulations
• Assist EHS Manager to provide and revise EHS procedures as required by regulation/standards
  Plan and conduct EHS & Fire training to respective parties
• Conduct reguler internal audit for all PTs in region to ensure full compliances with standards and or regulations, and ensure corrective action plan is provided and documented properly
• Liaise with respective stakeholders to follow up their concern in region, communicate with the GMs at unit and provide the plan to mitigate the impact related to EHS & Fire
• Produce EHS performance report and circulate to all GMs and regional office (RO) in Monthly basis
• Plan and conduct EHS meeting to review EHS performance and stakeholders concerns with respective GMs and HoDs
• Support all external audit program conduct by Certification & Accreditation Body, Government (PROPER, PUP), buyer and or others concerned stakeholders. Support the unit to rectify the gaps
  Identify potential areas to achieve a level of beyond compliance
